This privacy policy applies to the Bright Learner mobile application and related services operated by MICH SOLUTIONS LIMITED (the “Service Provider”). It explains how information is handled when the Application is used.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not require account registration and does not collect personal information for ordinary use. If the Application connects to the internet, limited technical data such as a temporary IP address may be processed in order to enable network communication, but the Application is not designed to build personal user profiles or gather personal data for analytics purposes.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device.
Do third parties have access to information obtained by the Application?
Because the Application does not ordinarily collect personal information, the Service Provider does not share personal information with third parties. If you contact the Service Provider directly, any information you provide may be used only to respond to your enquiry or to maintain legitimate administrative records.
Opt-out rights
You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the relevant mobile application marketplace.
Data Retention
The Application itself does not retain personal information because such information is not collected during normal use. If you voluntarily submit personal information directly to the Service Provider, such information may be retained only for the period reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain appropriate business records, or satisfy legal obligations. When retention is no longer necessary, reasonable steps will be taken to delete or anonymise the information.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information that you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider by contacting vikram78shah@gmail.com. The Service Provider will take reasonable measures to delete relevant information unless continued retention is required by law or is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child has provided personal information directly, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information promptly.
Security
The Service Provider values the confidentiality of any information received directly and uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect it. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version together with a revised effective date. Previous versions may be made available upon request.
